Who would think that a book about long-standing alchemical traditions could resonate so well in 2025? Certainly not I, however Arthur Versluis did, and he nailed it with his latest book, \u201cAlchemical Lightwork: A Guide to Creating Cultures of Light and Spiritual Awakening.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat is this book about? Ultimately, it is about our individual and shared future. Someone reading this book likely has come to recognize cracks in what was once our familiar world. Outwardly, there appear to be many reasons for pessimism. Materialistic progress exists, of course, but anyone can see that inherent in our outward technological power, for all its apparent magic, is also the destruction of nature, of cultures, indeed, of what it means to be human and to flourish with nature. Outwardly, our world is ailing, and inwardly, we know something is deeply wrong.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honestly, if that doesn\u2019t resonate with you, I don\u2019t know what to do with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Themes of transformation, regeneration, and evolution run throughout the text and Versluis provides insights to facilitate self-realization and improve the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
