I love it when I get there first.  Whether it&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/themagicalbuffet.com\/blog1\/2008\/11\/14\/beating-perez-hilton\/\"target=\"_blank\">beating Perez Hilton to bringing attention to Movember<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/themagicalbuffet.com\/blog1\/2008\/04\/06\/i-beat-mtvi-rock\/\"target=\"_blank\">beating MTV to introducing Raven Digitalis<\/a>, I always get a kick out of it.  I&#8217;ve always been a fan of the underdog, and now that I&#8217;m an underdog in the overcrowded blog-o-sphere, I can&#8217;t help but occasionally cheer myself on.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/themagicalbuffet.com\/blog1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/06-13-10-honey.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/themagicalbuffet.com\/blog1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/06-13-10-honey.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" width=\"143\" height=\"212\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4451\" \/><\/a>All of this brings me to The Honey Prescription.  Thanks to Healing Arts Press I received a review copy of The Honey Prescriptionby Nathaniel Altman, and in June 2010 I published my review of the book.  I admitted that the book&#8217;s attention to science and abundance of information in general won me over.  <a href=\"https:\/\/themagicalbuffet.com\/blog1\/2010\/06\/13\/the-honey-prescription\/\"target=\"_blank\">For those of you who didn&#8217;t see the review the first time around can click here to give it a go.<\/a>  I think you&#8217;ll like it.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, what got published on April 12, 2011 on the BBC News website?  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/health-13047332\"target=\"_blank\">This!<\/a>  Yep, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/health-13047332\"target=\"_blank\">Manuka honey &#8216;could help fight superbugs.<\/a>  That&#8217;s right folks, thanks to Healing Arts Press and Nathaniel Altman, I beat the BBC.
