It does seem like it would perhaps work best for an experienced reader, but who is to say for sure? If the deck resonates well with a beginning reader, it probably will work well for them too.

Since I bought it in the spring, I didn’t play with it much. I think I will pull it out now for Mabon readings.

Major Arcana decks often present a problem in reading, at least for me. Too many grand and karmic ideas at once can be intimidating. I think I need more practice.

I hope you will explore more of Beth’s decks and works. They are wonderful. The Red Jester deck is quirky, powerful, profound, and simple.
