The entire unit will become saturated with electromagnetic energy, the armature will repel off the bottom and spin in a direction opposite the way the arms are pointing. It will ride on electromaglev bearings. As it turns it will generate electricity in the upper & lower plates and feed directly to the ring which will keep the armature spinning.
