I’ve taught for years and using the Wheel as a guideline in very much the same way Thuri presented. Having said that, I am grateful that she shared her knowledge and put it into book form and I will be sure to keep up with her series.

I really love the guided meditation at the start of each chapter. Thuri is a woman who knows what she is talking about and gives great references so that you can do further study on your own.
