I suffer from depression, and I am regularly too tired to cook my own food. This is true for many ill or disabled people.

I live in an apartment building in a densely populated area. I can’t grow my own food. There is no place to do it.

How about people that are poor, have several jobs and don’t have time to do your “easy” tips? What about people that live in polluted areas and can’t grow food? You article doesn’t recognize that people live in different situations.
