Great article. So glad I’m taking your class. I agree with your analysis of perfect love and perfect trust. to take it into romance novels, I believe that is the heart of real romance as well—accepting that person for their good qualities and their bad. Not loving those imperfect mannerisms, but Overlooking them in favor of the good. Of course, that doesn’t mean staying in a bad relationship either, which I thing would fall under self-defense.
